Deployment Features
PURPOSE-BUILT
FOR FIRST RESPONSE.
Every component is interchangeable across the full product family, from man-portable assault bridges to the EB100 vehicle bridge, allowing rapid reconfiguration without specialist tooling or engineer support in the field.
Launch System
NO FAR BANK
REQUIRED.
Horizontally push-launched from the home bank with no far-bank access required. Three operatives, one bank, fully operational in minutes.
Unique Push Launch
Assembled on the home bank and pushed across on the wheeled launch skate. No far-bank personnel, ropes, or cranes needed.
Launcher Becomes Trolley
The launch support flips up to become the transport trolley. Two trolleys can be joined together to make a longer transport area — safely moving personnel or supplies across the span.
3 Man Operation
The entire assembly, launch, and traverse cycle is completed by just three operatives. Fall-arrest hook fitted as standard for safe personnel crossing.
Deployment
CONTAINER LAUNCH SYSTEM.
DEPLOY IN 5 STEPS.
From flat-packed trays to a spanning bridge in minutes. No heavy plant. No far-bank access. Three operatives, basic tools only.
BUILD THE SKATE.
Unload the trays onto the home bank. Bottom two trays form the wheeled launch skate. Bridge assembled on top — no far-bank access needed.
Overview
Designed for the
first hour of rescue.
The EasiBridge Trolley Bridge is a horizontally launched, personnel-rated rescue bridge spanning up to 30 metres — purpose-built for first response, disaster relief, and emergency access scenarios where speed and portability outweigh vehicle capacity.
Constructed from the same 6082-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium as the full EB100 vehicle bridge, the Trolley Bridge shares its corrosion resistance, UV stability, and weld-free spaceframe architecture. The patented trolley system allows safe transport of casualties, equipment, and supplies across the span without requiring personnel to walk.
The entire system — bridge, launch skate, and trolley — ships flat-packed in five compact trays, fitting a standard pickup truck or light tactical vehicle. No crane, no far-bank access, no specialist training required.

Applications
Where Trolley bridges Are Deployed.
The Trolley Bridge is built for scenarios where personnel, casualties, or critical supplies need to cross a gap safely — without walking, without exposure, and without delay.
01 / 06 — Rescue
Casualty evacuation
Transport stretcher-bound casualties across rivers, ravines, or collapsed structures. The trolley’s flat platform and fall-arrest system enable safe medical evacuation without additional rigging.
02 / 06 — Flood
Flood & disaster relief
Restore crossing capability over floodwater where wading or boat access is unsafe. Deploy from the dry bank to reach stranded communities and move aid supplies across.
03 / 06 — fire
Fire & USAR operations
Provide safe crossing over unstable ground, debris fields, or structural voids. The trolley moves equipment and personnel without loading compromised surfaces underfoot..
04 / 06 — Military
Tactical resupply
Move ammunition, water, and mission-critical stores across contested gaps where personnel exposure must be minimised. Three-operative launch keeps the footprint small.
05 / 06 — Humanitarian
Humanitarian & NGO
Air-portable and compact enough for helicopter undersling. Enables NGO and civil protection teams to restore access to isolated populations using minimal logistics.
06 / 06 — industrial
Industrial & utility access
Temporary crossing for maintenance crews and equipment over pipelines, rail lines, or excavations — where conventional scaffolding or temporary works are impractical.
The trolley
Patented modular
trolley system.
The launch skate that pushes the bridge into position flips up to become the transport trolley — no additional equipment needed. Two trolleys can be joined to extend the platform length for stretchers, long equipment, or bulk stores.
The trolley runs on guide rails integrated into the bridge chords, with a manual pull-rope traverse system. Fall-arrest hooks are fitted as standard to every trolley unit, providing EN-rated anchor points for personnel crossing over water or height.
Because the trolley is integral to the launch system, it adds zero weight and zero additional logistics to the standard kit.
Capasity
Trolley bridge configurations.
Configurable across spans from 5m to 30m, built from the same modular 6082-T6 aluminium component set as the full EB100 family.
